You should have a strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and phonics instruction, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in basic classroom technologies and digital teaching aids is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience with differentiated instruction and inclusive education practices, familiarity with modern pedagogical tools such as interactive whiteboards and e-learning platforms, and additional certification in child psychology or special education.
