Classroom Teacher

Role Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment where children (aged 16 months to 2.5 years) can grow socially, emotionally, cognitively, and physically. The teacher will facilitate age-appropriate activities, document learning experiences, and collaborate with parents and colleagues to ensure a meaningful early learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Classroom Facilitation: Design and implement engaging, play-based, and experiential learning activities aligned with Neev’s philosophy.

- Child Development: Observe and assess children’s progress, tailoring instruction to meet diverse developmental needs.

- Learning Environment: Maintain an organized, safe, and stimulating classroom with open-ended materials that foster exploration and creativity.

- Emotional Well-being: Support children in their social-emotional development, helping them navigate transitions, build independence, and develop positive relationships.

- Documentation & Reflection: Keep detailed records of children’s learning journeys, including anecdotal notes, photographs, and portfolios.

- Parental Engagement: Communicate effectively with parents through meetings, reports, and informal interactions, offering insights into their child’s development.

- Collaboration: Work closely with fellow educators and the curriculum team to refine teaching practices and align with Neev’s developmental goals.

- Continuous Learning: Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.

Working Hours:

The position of Classroom Facilitator requires working from Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:00 PM. Additionally, there are two half-working Saturdays per month.
