We are looking an AI Developer to support the implementation, integration, and testing of AI-based projects. The role will focus on developing and prototyping AI solutions including AI agents and classification tools and contributing to improvements in performance, usability, and data quality. Design, implement, and test AI-based tools using model parameters, prompting methods, and modern AI frameworks (e.g., AWS Bedrock). Develop prototype and operational classification tools for evaluation and eventual adoption. Build prototype and operational AI agent tools for use by internal and external stakeholders. Enhance AI tools through context analysis, prompt engineering, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), and advanced term processing . Contribute to analysis of data consistency and ground truth quality (examiner data). Document all implementations, methodologies, and outcomes. Moreover, a clear understanding of dependencies and support requirements from various IT functions, excellent communication and articulation skills, proven Stakeholder Management, strong executive presence, and a sound comprehension of Finance and Investment Management Industry are crucial for success in this role.
