We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Marketing Manager to oversee and execute the marketing strategy across our portfolio of businesses, which include an exhibit house, swag/promotional products business, USA pavilion agency, and a website development company. This individual will take ownership of brand awareness, lead generation, and digital presence, ensuring alignment across multiple industries and audiences. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with marketing execution, strong in social media strategy, and skilled at managing creative and promotional campaigns to drive measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for each business line. • Coordinate campaigns that align with both B2B and B2C audiences. • Manage marketing budgets and track ROI across channels. Social Media & Digital Presence • Lead social media strategy and content creation across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.). • Drive engagement, followers, and conversions through organic and paid campaigns. • Oversee SEO initiatives, optimize websites for higher Google rankings, and ensure consistent web presence. Creative & Asset Development • Supervise and collaborate with an in-house graphic designer to produce high-quality marketing assets, including flyers, brochures, pitch decks, and trade show materials. • Lead the creation of promotional assets, digital ads, and email campaigns. • Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all businesses. Campaign Management • Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns (social, digital ads, email, events, PR). • Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms to drive targeted results. • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights. Team & Vendor Oversight • Supervise graphic designer and coordinate external vendors, agencies, or freelancers when needed. • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing with business development goals. • Support website development team with content strategy and SEO best practices. ⸻ Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally across multiple industries. • Proven track record of social media growth, SEO, and paid advertising management. • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple brands. • Excellent communication and copywriting skills. • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva/Adobe Suite, HubSpot/Mailchimp (or similar CRM/email tools). • Leadership experience managing creatives or contractors. Our team works closely with trade bodies, associations, and exhibition organizers to promote and sell exhibition spaces and services in our designated territories. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts, developing the overall layout and production design for various applications, including advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing for trade show exhibits, events, and branded environments. This role requires expertise in booth graphics, 3D renderings, and creating immersive experiences through design. In addition, the designer will contribute to marketing collateral, social media assets, and motion design projects to support both client-facing and internal initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Exhibit & Booth Design • Design booth graphics, counter wraps, backdrops, and environmental signage. • Create 3D renderings of exhibit booths for client presentations and approvals. • Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate execution of design files. • Develop creative concepts that enhance booth experiences and drive attendee engagement. Marketing & Collateral • Design digital and print marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and sales collateral. • Create engaging visual content for social media platforms. • Edit and optimize image assets for multiple platforms and campaigns. • Develop motion assets and animations for digital presentations and event displays.
