About ClassAI ClassAI is an AI-powered K-12 operating system that unifies school administration, parent engagement, and analytics into one secure, mobile-first platform. We help schools go live fast and run smarter. Role summary A high-ownership, one-person-startup style role. You will drive end-to-end execution across sales, customer success, on-ground school digitization, pitching, and financial/operational analysis. Expect field work at schools, rapid learning cycles, and direct exposure to founders. What you’ll do Sales & GTM: Build pipeline, run demos, craft proposals, close pilots. Customer Success & Implementations: Lead onboarding (data migration, timetables, fees, messaging), train staff, and standardize SOPs. School Digitization: Configure integrations (e.g., SMS/WhatsApp, payment gateways), measure time-to-value, and document playbooks. Ops & Analytics: Maintain CRM hygiene, create dashboards, run experiments to improve conversion/retention. Finance & Strategy: Build simple LTV/CAC & payback models, cohort/funnel views, and weekly business reviews. Feedback → Product: Convert field insights into clear problem statements and prioritized requirements. Must-have On-site availability in Rohtak/Panipat/Gurugram/Bahadurgarh/Sonepat (daily field work). Fluency with AI tools: LLMs & copilots (prompting, agents), spreadsheet AI, document/gen-AI, no-code automation (e.g., Zapier/Make), CRM assistants, and AI search. You’re comfortable stitching tools together to ship outcomes fast. Strong communication (Hindi + English), ownership mindset, and comfort with ambiguity. No degree required. Ongoing or recently completed programs (business/tech/analytics) are welcome but not mandatory. Nice-to-have Experience in B2B SaaS, consulting, sales, ops, or edtech. Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Notion, basic SQL/Python, or data visualization. 30-60-90 outcomes 30 days: Own a micro-territory; complete 2 successful go-lives; baseline LTV/CAC & payback model. 60 days: 10+ demos/week cadence; 5 pilot sign-ups; onboarding playbook v1; average go-live time ≤7 days. 90 days: ≥3 pilot-to-paid conversions; CSAT/NPS ≥60; measurable improvement in on-time fee realization at one school.
