Role & responsibilities Managing bank payment and receipt entries and conducting bank reconciliations Maintaining and reconciling fixed assets schedules Booking invoices and expenses Creating sales invoices and e-invoices Handling payroll accounting Proficiency in GST, Tally, TDS, and statutory compliance is required Previous experience with Tally is a necessity Reconciling accounts payable and receivable Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Keeping records of vouchers, invoices, and payments - Managing day-to-day accounting tasks Handling day-to-day accounting & providing MIS reports Processing payments via NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc. and maintaining accurate records Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws Thorough knowledge of GST and TDS is a crucial responsibility Preferred candidate profile Basic knowledge of accounting with expertise in GST Proficient in communication and email correspondence Minimum UG/PG in Commerce Proven 1 to 2 years of experience as an Accounts Executive Perks and benefits Perks and benefits Salary on par with Industry, Medical Insurance provided, Incentives are made a part of the package with transparent workings.
