As a skilled Electrical Revit Modeler, your primary responsibility will be to develop detailed models and drawings for building services elements related to electrical systems such as lighting, power, earthing, and lightning protection. You will be expected to have a solid understanding of electrical systems, QA/QC procedures, and a strong attention to quality and technical correctness. Effective coordination with other mechanical, structural, and architectural services is crucial for successful project delivery within specified time limits. To excel in this role, you should hold a degree or diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 5 to 10 years of proven experience in electrical Revit modeling for building services. Proficiency in preparing layout drawings, schematic diagrams, and manipulating Revit families is essential. Familiarity with Navisworks for clash coordination, basic knowledge in Dynamo, and experience with platforms like BIM360 will be advantageous. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for clear collaboration, and the ability to work independently without relying heavily on mark-ups is expected. Additionally, exposure to global projects and a proactive approach to digital innovation and transformation will be beneficial for this position.
