Claims Processing Executive (night shift)

Role Overview: You will be a Claims Processing Executive (CPE) joining our dynamic medical billing team. Your main responsibility will be to prepare, verify insurance, and retrieve medical records for US Workers Compensation claims. You will serve as the liaison between key Client contacts and insurance companies primarily through phone communication. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with state workers" compensation fee schedules and/or PPO contracts. - Research, request, and obtain all relevant medical records, invoices from implant manufacturers, and any other necessary supporting documentation. Submit these with hospital claims to insurance companies for accurate and timely claims reimbursement. - Confirm that claims with supporting documentation have been received and assist in expediting reimbursement. - Create accurate Workers Comp initial bill packets or appeal letters using Client systems tools. Submit these with all required supporting documentation to insurance companies. - Perform any other duties as needed. Qualification Required: - Prior experience in claims processing or a related field would be beneficial. - Familiarity with medical terminology and workers" compensation processes is preferred. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
