Job Description

  • Handle end-to-end fire and property claims for domestic clients from intimation to settlement.
  • Review and interpret fire & allied perils policy wordings to confirm coverage and exclusions.
  • Coordinate with insurers, surveyors, loss assessors, contractors, and clients for smooth claim processing.
  • Conduct or assist in site inspections, damage assessments, and evidence collection.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update all claims records, reports, and MIS dashboards.
  • Conduct claim audits to verify accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal SOPs.
  • Support clients throughout the claims process, ensuring transparency and timely communication.
  • Assist in claim negotiations and settlements to protect client interests.
  • Identify trends, recommend risk-mitigation measures, and assist the broking team in policy renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal claims management protocols.
