Claims Management Specialist

As a Claims Management Specialist at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in helping insurers redefine their customer experience and drive sustainable growth through transforming to an intelligent operating model. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing and solving moderately complex problems in claims processing, analysis, and administration - Demonstrating strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with troubleshooting - Maintaining a results-oriented approach and ability to perform under pressure - Utilizing written and verbal communication effectively In this role, you will be expected to create new solutions by leveraging existing methods and procedures. You will need to understand the strategic direction set by senior management and ensure alignment with team goals. Your primary upward interaction will be with your direct supervisor, and you may also collaborate with peers and management levels both internally and at client sites. Guidance will be available when determining methods and procedures for new assignments, and decisions made by you will have an impact on the team. If in an individual contributor role, you may manage small teams or work efforts at client sites or within Accenture.
