Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Collect appropriate claims intimations from Backend Executives
Process initiate survey
Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with the claim

virtual inspections of damaged vehicles, evaluate claim reports, verify

repair estimates, and ensure compliance with insurance policies.

Analyse a claim made by an underwriter to establish whether it satisfies the policy conditions
Coordinate with insured, repairer and insurer during the claims process.
Verify & Evaluate the documents and investigate fraudulent claims if any.
Should be able to prepare assessment based on the Estimate provided by the repairer.
Maintain the TAT for each claim from Start to End.
Provide Daily Activity report to the reporting Manager.

Preferred candidate profile

Immediate Joiner - Preferred

Education:

Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Bachelors of Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in motor claims assessment, insurance survey, or loss adjustment.
