You are invited to join the team at Samshk in the role of Dispatch Executive. In this position, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the timely dispatch of garments, managing inventory of finished goods, coordinating courier operations including returns, and efficiently handling client claims. If you have experience in an export house and familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce, it would be considered an advantage. Your key responsibilities will involve coordinating with warehouse and packing teams to ensure timely dispatch of ready garments, verifying correct quantities and sizes, maintaining accurate labeling and shipping documentation, scheduling pickups with logistics partners, and ensuring compliance with buyer instructions and international shipping regulations. Additionally, maintaining accurate inventory of finished goods, organizing garments for easy identification, conducting regular stock audits, reconciling records, and implementing FIFO method for dispatches will be essential tasks. In the event of customer complaints related to delivery delays, shortages, or damages, you will be responsible for recording and investigating these issues, preparing claim reports with necessary documentation, collaborating with internal teams for resolution, and recommending corrective measures to prevent recurrence. Managing both outbound and return shipments via courier partners, monitoring performance metrics, coordinating return pickups, updating clients on delivery status, and addressing courier-related issues will also be part of your role. If you have experience with e-commerce platforms, you will have the opportunity to work with systems such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce to process online orders, synchronize dispatch data and inventory updates, and assist in order fulfillment coordination for both B2C and export shipments. The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in dispatch and inventory roles within a garments export house, be familiar with export procedures, documentation, and courier logistics, and have strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management tools, as well as attention to detail with a focus on timely execution, are also important competencies for this role. You will maintain accurate inventory of finished goods using internal systems, tag and organize garments by order number, size, and style for easy identification, perform regular physical stock audits, reconcile with system records, share inventory status with senior management, highlighting slow-moving or excess stock, and implement the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method for dispatches. Additionally, you will record customer complaints related to delivery delays, product shortages, or damages, collaborate with QC, production, and packing teams to investigate and resolve issues, prepare claim reports with photographic evidence and necessary documentation, coordinate with internal and external teams for timely claim closures, and recommend and implement corrective measures to avoid recurring issues. You will manage both outbound and return shipments via courier partners, monitor courier performance on delivery timelines, cost efficiency, and damage/loss cases, coordinate with customers for return pickups, ensure timely inward processing, maintain tracking records, update clients with real-time delivery status, and resolve courier-related issues, including delays and lost shipments. Experience of 3 years in dispatch and inventory roles within a garments export house is required. Familiarity with export procedures, documentation, and courier logistics is essential. Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce is an added advantage. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
