The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising facade works on site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution of projects in Bangalore. Responsibilities : Supervise and manage all on-site facade installation activities including curtain walls, cladding, glazing, aluminum panels, and other facade systems. Coordinate with design teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure technical compliance and smooth execution. Review facade drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility. Monitor material procurement, storage, and usage as per project requirements. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications. Implement and enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with site safety protocols. Prepare daily progress reports, site diaries, and maintain documentation related to facade works. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and recommend practical solutions.
