Role Objective: Manage the complete Facade design and installation process and ensure that the work is completed within the guidelines of acceptable quality, approved time frame and within the budget and in compliance with contract. Key Responsibilities: Ensure facade drawings are submitted in compliance with architects intent and ease of constructability Establish standard submission methods of all drawings/ calculations/ samples Review and approve the QA and HSE plans, ITPs, work procedures submitted by vendor and ensure its implementation at site Ensure that the vendor is sourcing the approved materials including fabrication & installation as per approved shop drawings, VMU, PMU, specifications and contract documents Coordinate priority areas for installation at site with architect/ strategy/ sales team Visit vendor and his suppliers factory to check for material status and quality check Key Role Manage the entire facade design process with vendor in compliance with architects intent, constructability etc. Manage the entire Facade installation process in line with approved shop drawings Ensure good quality facade is delivered and installed at site Implementation of HSE procedures at work Identify and resolve issues which could affect completion of works within approved time and cost.

•Detailing of Curtain wall systems, Structural glazing, Frameless partitions, Spider Glazing, ACP cladding, skylights, canopies & Balustrades. etc. •Documentation of various facade systems (Unitized, semi-unitized, stick system, die developing)

Coordination between Marketing department and Customers and ensure completion of installation. Develop and train the installation teams. Conduct Site inspections and submit relevant reports to Manager and sales team. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternative within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. Candidates with doors and Windows installations Experience is Preferable.

Should have experience in Building Material installation of Doors, Windows, Glass, facade, glazing, cladding. Experience in UPVC, CCGI & Aluminium Products will be added advantage.
