Reviewing project / Faade specifications to ensure subcontractor proposals are in line with Design Team and Client specification. Carrying out technical appraisal of Subcontractors proposals to ensure compliance with specifications. Chairing regular faade design coordination meetings with the Design Team and specialist subcontractors. Ensuring coordination of faade elements across various subcontract packages and oversight of the detailed interface to ensure building air and weather tightness is achieved. Chairing regular faade progress meetings to include reviews on safety, quality, resources, program, site coordination and interface works. Ensure compliance with the Employments Requirements and project performance specifications and drawings. Ensuring all SOP's are met from Design to procurement to installations. Ensuring the project is meeting its core KPI's including onsite progress vs agreed programme, Procurement, Quality and Health & Safety. Reviewing the faade subcontractor progress droplines with percentage of work completed, along with work inspection records and a progress report. Review and validation of any variations associated with the faade scope. Liaising with PM and QS to ensure the facade is delivered within budget and programme.

Roles and Responsibilities 1) Responsible for the qualification of test coupons for welding procedure qualification and Welder performance qualification. 2) Check out the Welding procedure specification and program the parameters to control the cladding operations. 3) To interpret part DBI, drawing, work instructions and update welding log and production documents on daily basis. 4) Follow up daily production schedule to ensure the deliveries to meet the customer requirement. 5) Able to preheat the parts before welding/cladding as per the Welding procedure specification. 6) Monitor & control the weld overlay during the cladding of Bore to Bore, Cross Bore, Bore ID, Bore face, seat pockets and Ring grooves etc. 7) To maintain log register for the welding parameters used during the production. 8) Identify the weld defect using the NDT procedure and able to rework / repair to eliminate the defects. 9) To maintain register for the consumable usages like Filler wire, tungsten Electrode, gas etc. 10) Responsible for maintaining all the welding accessories in proper working condition. 11) The Welders should check the machine condition, validity of the machine, calibration and electrical connections every time before they start the job. 12) Update daily check list for the cladding machine and its equipments. Desired Candidate Profile Educational Qualification: 10th or 12th or ITI or Diploma Certification courses: Certified welding course in reputed training institute.
