Additionally, considering your expertise in Adhesives & Sealants management can plan to extend your role of Business Development to other areas than South India in coming quarters based on the successful execution of this new role Skills and Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in technical sales within the paints and coatings Raw material distribution industry. Strong understanding of paint formulations and application processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
