The position of Performance Test Engineer at Wolters Kluwer India Pvt Ltd (Pune) requires a candidate to have 2-5 years of experience in Performance testing. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and validating test objectives, implementing defined test approaches, workload modeling, script development, test execution, issue troubleshooting, and communication of execution issues. You will also be expected to review test results, establish hypotheses from data analysis, collaborate with stakeholders, create test data, execute tests in multiple environments, and log/tracking defects for triage. To excel in this role, you should possess technical expertise in Performance testing and monitoring tools such as Load Runner, Visual Studio, and JMeter. Additionally, knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure, especially Azure, and experience with various test techniques and their implementation are essential. Proficiency in programming languages like C/JS or C# and Object-Oriented Programming skills is required. Good logical reasoning, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a positive attitude are also important attributes for this position. Basic experience with databases, particularly SQL Server, is preferred.,
