Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate construction processes, including managing workers, subcontractors, and suppliers on site.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, ensuring deadlines are met.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure quality control.
Manage resource allocation including labor, materials, and equipment.
Resolve conflicts and coordinate communication between clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records such as daily reports, costs, and approvals.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Several years (usually 3-5+) experience in civil construction supervision.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of safety standards and ability to enforce safety protocols.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
