New Branch /Shifting and lease renewal including submission of Branch layout
1. Identify new premises/Shifting of existing premises in coordination with RO.
2. Overseeing the civil work pertaining to new branch opening by landlord, including the position. And all landlord scope of works to be completed wit in 30 days of time line.
3. Strong room - to share clear pictures while constructing the strong room in the three phases.
4. Issuing of work order for branch interiors including false ceiling, electrical work, grill fortification, glass door partition. And condination wit interior vendor to complete the works within 7 days
Identify new vendors for all projects related to branch expansion and ambiance
Vendor payment - final measurement of all interior work and recommending for release of payments
Branch visit - All Branches to be visited within one Month including MML Branches
Coordination with Regional Admin Manager on rectification of complaints raised through I Tracker. If the Region is having any complaint's more than 7 days no mark will be given.
Daily attendance to be marked and Report to be generated in the Appshet
