Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Civil Supervisor to join our team at ACME SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the field and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate civil engineering projects.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Manage and allocate resources to meet project deadlines.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues.
Develop and implement project plans and schedules.
Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and technologies.
