Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supervise and monitor all site civil works such as excavation, foundation, concreting, structural work, finishing, etc.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for timely execution of work.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Manage manpower, materials, and equipment at the site efficiently.
Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with design and safety norms.
Resolve any technical issues or discrepancies at the site.
Assist in quantity estimation, billing, and material reconciliation.
Ensure safety compliance and housekeeping at the site.
Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
