Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Civil Site Engineer with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Sector 56, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and site supervision.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure project execution as per design and schedule.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for timely material and labor availability.
Monitor quality control and assurance procedures at the site.
Maintain site documentation including progress reports, material records, and inspection checklists.
Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
Liaise with project managers, architects, and consultants for effective work execution.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
4 to 7 years of relevant site engineering experience in construction projects.
Possess strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site supervision, and civil works.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools is required.
Demonstrate excellent communication and team coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Experience in handling civil construction, site execution, and project execution is necessary.
