Job Description

Civil shuttering Forman: For Kanakapura, Site location, Bangalore( Immediate) ⮚ responsible for supervising and executing the construction of formwork for concrete structures, ensuring quality and safety. ⮚ Oversee and lead a team of shuttering carpenters, ensuring they follow safety protocols and work instructions. ⮚ Read drawings to plan formwork construction ⮚ Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other site supervisors to plan the workflow and ensure timely completion. ⮚ Inspect completed formwork for quality, accuracy, and compliance with construction specifications. ⮚ Train and mentor junior carpenters, sharing knowledge and skills. ⮚ Monitor progress and report to site management, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion of formwork construction. ⮚ Highrise building experience ⮚ Should have knowledge of mivan, doka, all system formwork and conventional shuttering experience ⮚ Calculate required material quantity such as plywood,props,bracing,dokha decks boards,runners,basejack,u heads,cuplocks,channels and all shuttering supporting material. ⮚ Should maintain material always good in conditions. ⮚ Arrange manpower within timelines as project required
