Civil Operations Engineer

As a Senior Operations Engineer at Metaguise company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Labour Management, site operations, field operations, and overall in-house operations. Your role will involve ensuring efficient coordination between Site operations and Clients to optimize productivity. You will be required to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Regular inspections and audits will be conducted by you to identify areas for improvement and address any issues or concerns. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and implement best practices is essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating documentation related to operations and ensuring compliance with regulations. Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement will also be part of your responsibilities. Providing training and support to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge is also a key aspect of this role. Qualifications required for this position include a Bachelor's degree in B.Tech-Civil or a related field, an MBA in Operations Management or a relevant field, and a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in operations management or a similar role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. You should also possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is a necessary requirement to excel in this role.
