Role & responsibilities • Visit construction sites to offer technical support and promote services. • Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and site visits. • Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, contractors, and clients. • Handle customer complaints and provide feedback to operations. • Organize seminars, webinars, and workshops to enhance brand visibility. • Conduct market surveys and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities. • Maintain records of proposals, enquiries, and client interactions. • Support pricing strategy development and assist in business planning. • Monitor competitor activities and market share. • Supervise marketing team activities and ensure target achievement. Preferred candidate profile Male Candidate preferred Candidate has to go for visit to clients and field work Candidate staying in Mumbai • Education: Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering / MBA in Marketing (Mandatory) • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to analyse market data and prepare actionable insights • Willingness to travel and conduct field visits regularly • Preferable experience 2-5 years in Cement / laboratory /Civil materials manufacturing industry.
