Civil Infrastructure & Building Maintenance Executive

You will be responsible for overseeing civil infrastructure and building maintenance activities within manufacturing facilities. Your role will involve monitoring, operating, and maintaining the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure efficient control of HVAC, lighting, fire systems, and energy usage for optimal performance and comfort. Additionally, you will be required to manage Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems including CCTV, access control, public address, fire alarms, and data networks to ensure security and operational continuity. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating daily operations, vendor management, housekeeping, security, and preventive maintenance activities to maintain a safe, clean, and functional workplace. To qualify for this role, you must hold a B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering and possess 2-5 years of experience in facility management services, civil maintenance activities, and building maintenance & upkeep. Proficiency in BMS operations and ELV systems management will be essential skills required for this position. This is a full-time position based in Sanand, Gujarat.
