Sinclus is looking for CIVIL FOREMAN to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Site Management: Overseeing all aspects of the construction site, including safety, quality, and productivity Work Crew Supervision: Managing construction workers, subcontractors, and laborers, assigning tasks, and ensuring that they follow safety procedures and guidelines Project Planning: Collaborating with project managers to develop construction plans and schedules, and making sure that work is progressing according to these plans Blueprint Interpretation: Reviewing and interpreting construction drawings and blueprints to ensure that the work aligns with the design specifications Resource Allocation: Managing the allocation of resources such as labor, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity and efficiency Quality Control: Enforcing quality control measures to ensure that the work meets the required standards and specifications Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring that all workers are aware of and follow safety regulations Problem Solving: Addressing issues or challenges that arise during construction, such as delays, design changes, or unexpected site conditions
