Civil Foreman

We are seeking a Civil Foreman for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and according to specifications and quality standards. This role involves supervising construction crews, coordinating activities, enforcing safety regulations, and collaborating with engineers and subcontractors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee construction projects, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and schedule labor, equipment, and materials required for construction activities.
• Inspect and maintain quality and safety standards on the construction site, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Manage a team of construction workers, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and timelines for construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of construction activities.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or certificate in civil engineering or construction management is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
