As a Civil Execution professional at LNT/CE/1325642 in BNF-Buildings & Factories, Chennai, you are responsible for monitoring the project budget plan for your package regularly to ensure meeting the project gross margins as planned. You will review the budget monthly based on ACE to track deviations from budget costs. Additionally, you are required to monitor and track the monthly cash flow statement for your area of work, aiming towards reducing labor costs and material wastage. In terms of customer interaction, you will meet Functional Site Heads regularly to discuss project progress and address any issues that may arise. You will also engage in regular meetings with clients, third parties, engineers, architects, and site surveyors to ensure the implementation of project deliverables and negotiate contracts to achieve profitable agreements. Maintaining open communication with client site engineers is essential to work towards higher customer satisfaction scores for the site and project. Your responsibilities also include implementing project deliverables as planned, verifying technical designs and drawings for accuracy, and ensuring that they are correctly followed. You will be in charge of determining the required resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish while adhering to budgetary limitations. Devising and implementing strategic initiatives for the site, developing cost-effective plans and methods, and scheduling intermediate phases to meet deadlines are crucial aspects of your role. Moreover, managing risks and project delays, enhancing digital adoption for yourself and your teams at the site, and conceptualizing new digital initiatives to reduce project costs, save time, or increase operational agility are key responsibilities. Identifying opportunities for new digital initiatives and effectively communicating them to the Project Manager will be part of your role as well.,
