As a Civil Engineer - STP Operator at LR Energy, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations, maintenance, and performance of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP). Your expertise in civil engineering with a focus on STP construction, operations, and maintenance will be crucial for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee the daily operations of the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) to ensure smooth functioning. - Monitor civil structures, tanks, and foundations to maintain structural integrity. - Supervise construction, repair, and maintenance activities related to STP. - Ensure compliance with CPHEEO & IS codes and environmental regulations. - Prepare and maintain records of civil work, water quality reports, and maintenance schedules. - Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams for plant optimization. - Identify and resolve operational challenges to enhance plant efficiency. - Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety protocols. - Prepare technical reports and documentation related to plant operations. **Qualifications & Experience:** - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. - Minimum 5 years of experience in STP operations, construction, and maintenance. - Knowledge of water treatment processes, CPHEEO guidelines, and IS codes. - Experience in structural maintenance, pipeline construction, and wastewater management. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other civil engineering tools. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work on-site and handle field challenges efficiently.
