CIVIL ENGINEER

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced candidate in the interior construction of showrooms, supermarkets, and hotels. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering with at least 1 year of relevant experience. The role requires strong technical skills, site management expertise, and the ability to prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute civil interior projects as per site plans.
• Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for projects.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Manage and supervise construction teams effectively.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors for seamless project delivery.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in civil interior works.
• Project Experience: Proven experience working on showrooms, supermarkets, and hotel projects.
• Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software. Must be skilled in BOQ preparation.
