Project Management:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee the construction phases from start to finish.
• Develop and monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery.

• Site Supervision:

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Regularly inspect and monitor construction activities to meet engineering and regulatory requirements.

• Construction Documentation:

• Prepare, review, and manage construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and other relevant documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation for easy reference and auditing.

• Design and Agency Coordination:

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and government agencies for smooth execution.
• Ensure proper communication and alignment between design and on-ground execution.

• Cost Control:

• Provide accurate cost estimates and track expenses to maintain budget compliance.
• Monitor and manage site execution to prevent cost overruns.

• Billing and Contractor Management:

• Oversee contractor billing processes, ensuring accurate measurements and timely approvals.
• Validate contractor work against agreed-upon contracts and schedules.

• Quality Assurance:

• Conduct periodic quality checks and address any deviations in construction activities.
• Ensure materials and workmanship comply with project standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• 5-8 years

  of experience in site civil engineering, particularly in industrial projects like distilleries and evaporators.
• Proficiency in construction documentation and software tools.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, safety standards, and quality control.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively.
