Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with proven experience in building construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure. You will collaborate with architects, contractors, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all phases of building construction projects from start to finish. Prepare and review structural designs, drawings, and specifications. Conduct site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings). Ensure compliance with local construction codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders. Monitor progress, prepare project status reports, and manage project budgets. Provide technical advice and resolve issues that may arise during construction. Review and approve material submittals and construction methodologies. Conduct quality assurance and control inspections. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering . Minimum of 3- 10 years of experience in building construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, or similar engineering software. Familiarity with structural analysis and design software (e.g., STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000). Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience in commercial and residential high-rise building projects. Familiarity with green building practices and sustainability. Working knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM). Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities.
