Role Overview: You will be joining a dynamic inspection team as a Civil Engineer specializing in finishing-stage inspections. Your main responsibility will be to conduct thorough Pre-Delivery Quality Inspections (PDQI) of completed residential or commercial properties to ensure construction quality, adherence to standards, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive quality inspections of finished properties, covering areas such as walls, ceilings, flooring, tiling, paint, doors, windows, plumbing, and sanitary fittings. - Identify defects, poor workmanship, or material issues during finishing and final-fit-out stages. - Utilize digital tools like PropChks proprietary snagging software to document and report issues with photographic evidence. - Communicate inspection findings to homeowners and prepare clear, structured reports with actionable recommendations. - Ensure re-inspections are carried out to verify the previously identified points. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. - Conduct BOQ (Bill of quantities) audit of post interiors. Qualifications & Skills: - B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory. - Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience in site execution, finishing works, or quality control, preferably in residential/commercial high-rise projects. - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify snagging and de-snagging issues. - Familiarity with tools like SnagR, AutoCAD, Google Sheets, etc., would be advantageous. - Good communication skills in English and regional language, both written and verbal. - Willingness to travel to project locations for fieldwork.
