Civil Engineer - Finishing

Job Description: As a Finishing Works Executive, your role involves overseeing and executing various finishing works in construction projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Executing all finishing works such as masonry, tiling, painting, door frames, stone cladding, false ceiling, faade, structural steel works, waterproofing, and plumbing works. - Calculating quantities required for finishing activities. - Understanding specifications, methodology, and architectural drawings related to finishing activities. - Coordinating with contractors/subcontractors for finishing activities and providing technical supervision throughout all stages of civil and finishing works. - Checking daily progress reports and snag lists for finishing works. Qualification Required: - B.E. in Civil Engineering. - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior and civil finishing works. Additional Details: Candidates applying for this position should have 5-10 years of experience in high rise residential or commercial projects. The role requires the candidate to be completely site-based and ready to relocate anywhere in India.,
