Job Description

AK Infra & Reality Developers

Key Responsibility

Supervise and manage construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other consultants to resolve design issues and implement solutions.
Managing daily activities on the site.
Ensuring the raw materials used are as per the specifications.
Monitor and report on the progress of construction activities.

Key

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate or construction industry, with a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
Ability to maintain a positive work environment.
A hardworking and detailed-orientated individual.
