Job Vacancy: Civil Draftsman / Woman
​We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Draftsman / Woman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of architectural and structural drafting and be able to transform concepts into accurate technical drawings.​Key Responsibilities:​Drafting: Create detailed structural and architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and site plans based on engineer's sketches.​Software Expertise: Prepare high-quality 2D designs and layouts using AutoCAD. (Knowledge of 3D modeling is an added advantage).​Site Survey: Conduct site visits to take accurate measurements and verify existing conditions.​Compliance: Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, municipal rules (KMBR/KPBR), and industry standards.​Coordination: Work closely with Architects and Civil Engineers to ensure project deadlines and technical specifications are met.​Documentation: Maintain and organize digital and physical project files and drawing registers.​Qualifications & Skills:​Education: ITI (Draftsman Civil), Diploma in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.​Experience: [Insert Years, e.g., 1-3 years] of experience in civil drafting or construction. (Freshers with exceptional skills may also apply).​Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
