Job Title: Structural Design Engineer Real Estate Location: Gurgaon Experience Required: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Structural Design Engineer with a strong background in real estate and high-rise/residential/commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the analysis, design, and detailing of structural elements, ensuring safety, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with codes and project requirements. Perform structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. Develop structural drawings, design reports, and calculations. Coordinate with architects, MEP, and construction teams to ensure structural integrity and design feasibility. Review and validate drawings prepared by consultants and contractors. Conduct value engineering to optimize design without compromising safety or quality. Ensure designs comply with relevant IS codes, BIS standards, NBC, and other applicable regulations.
