Experience: Freshers to 7 years

Qualification:

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering preferred)

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Civil CAD Trainer/Faculty to train students on industry-standard software tools like AutoCAD and STAAD Pro, E-TABS. The role involves delivering high-quality training sessions, preparing students for real-world civil engineering projects, and mentoring them to build strong technical foundations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and practical training on AutoCAD and STAAD Pro,E-TABS.
• Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Guide students through real-time project exercises and case studies.
• Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest tools, features, and industry practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong command over AutoCAD (Drafting, Detailing, Civil Drawings).
• Proficiency in STAAD Pro for structural analysis and design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, student-friendly manner.
• Languages: Must be able to communicate effectively in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.
