Role Overview

Civil BIM Modeler

• Develop and manage

  BIM models

  for civil and land development projects including grading, drainage, utilities, and site layout.
• Interpret and incorporate

  survey data, topography, and geospatial inputs

  into BIM workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure model accuracy and coordination.
• Apply international standards (e.g., AIA, BS, ISO) and client-specific BIM protocols.
• Generate

  construction documentation

  , quantity take-offs, and clash detection reports.
• Support BIM execution plans and contribute to continuous improvement of modeling practices.

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in

  civil BIM modeling

  , with a focus on

  land development

  .
• Strong command of

  AutoCAD Civil 3D

  ,

  Revit

  , and

  Navisworks

  ; knowledge of InfraWorks or OpenRoads is a plus.
• Familiarity with

  international codes and standards

  (e.g., US, UK, Middle East).
• Experience working on

  global projects

  with cross-cultural teams.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Exposure to

  large-scale infrastructure or urban development projects
