Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Execution and supervision of
RCC works
for residential/commercial buildings
Reading and interpreting structural drawings and specifications
Planning, scheduling, and monitoring RCC activities (footings, columns, beams, slabs)
Coordination with consultants, contractors, bar benders, and shuttering teams
Ensuring quality control, safety standards, and adherence to project timelines
Material planning, consumption control, and site documentation
Monitoring shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and curing activities
Handling site issues and reporting progress to Project Manager
