Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team at Cityscape Decors. The primary role involves driving sales for our interior and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales and a keen understanding of the interior design and construction industry. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target new business opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and contractors. Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales. Present and promote our interior and construction services to potential clients. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with the project team to ensure client requirements are met. Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to clients. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to the management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interiors or construction industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong understanding of the local market and client needs. Salary : ₹15,000/month (Fixed) or “ compensation will be based on experience ” Incentives : ₹ 3000 on closed deals (performance-based)
