Role & Responsibilities • Handle telecalling, cold calling, and direct pitching to prospective clients. • Generate, manage, and convert leads into successful property closures. • Conduct property presentations and client interactions through calls and meetings. • Build and maintain long-term client relationships. • Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies. • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company. • Ensure professional client servicing and follow-up until deal closure. Requirements • Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in real estate sales. • Strong communication skills – fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu. • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. • Ability to perform under target-based incentive structures. • Confident in handling telecalling and property pitching. • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
