We’re expanding our US Tech Research Desk and seeking a talented Equity Research Analyst who can combine sharp financial analysis with creative business-development support. Key Responsibilities Equity Research (Core) Build and maintain detailed financial models for US-listed technology companies (Apple, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, Alphabet, etc.). Perform industry and competitive analysis using filings, transcripts, and market data. Draft professional equity research reports including DCF, comps, and sensitivity analyses. Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Equitec AI) to automate research workflows. Collaborate with senior analysts in London to ensure report quality and consistency. Business Development Support Provide research insights and visuals for marketing and email campaigns. Assist in preparing pitch materials, client decks, and university outreach content. Support relationship building with finance societies and institutional partners. Contribute to thought-leadership articles on AI in equity research and market trends. Skills & Requirements Bachelor’s / Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in equity research or financial modelling. Strong command of valuation techniques (DCF, comps, multiples). Excellent Excel and financial-model-building ability. Clear written communication and attention to analytical detail. Familiarity with AI and data-analysis tools. Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-moving, global team. Preferred Qualifications CFA Level I or higher.
