Job Description : Raising building management maintenance calls Cover as & when necessary for Facilities Administrator Any other duties as required by your Manager or a senior member of staff May handle additional reservation bookings (internal and external) Manages catering requests, orders, and delivery Supports miscellaneous issues . Maintain records and logs for visitors, students, catering, Wi-Fi access, outgoing faxes, cell phone chargers and weekly customer visits Helps in the composition of correspondence and may assist in translation of documents Generate and track purchase requisitions A competent multitasker with strong administration skills Experience with Infinity preferred, experience with any hotel management program required 2+ years of experience working front desk in a real estate industry. Must be professional, friendly, and positive Must be very proficient in the English language (reading, writing, and speaking) Responsible for daily communication with maintenance staff, property management, Toronto office services, submitting work orders online for maintenance requirements, boardroom, re-set, lighting, cleaning, temperature control and washroom maintenance
