Qualifications Accounting and Financial Reporting skills Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Experience in Budgeting and Financial Analysis Knowledge of Taxation and preparation of Tax Returns Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
