Troubleshooting large campus/branch wireless deployments (Wireless Band 5/6/7) Tools & Automation: Experience with Network Monitoring Tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Cisco Catalyst manager) Knowledge of Ansible or Python for automation is a bonus Preferred Certifications (not mandatory but advantageous): Cisco: CCNP Enterprise, CCIE (written or lab) Palo Alto: PCNSE Fortinet: NSE 4/5/6 Cloud: Azure Network Engineer Associate, AWS Advanced Networking Soft Skills & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills — ability to explain complex topics clearly Capability to handle pressure during escalations and major incidents Proven ability to work in matrixed environments and across geographies Attention to documentation, reporting, and escalation hygiene Experience in working with Visio / Ms Excel will be an advantage.
