As a member of the Technology Engineering and Ops team, your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of skilled developers in the creation of next-generation applications focused on Modern User Experience. These applications will include Control UP, Aternity, Next-Think, Unified Print Management, and Thin clients (IGEL/WYSE). Additionally, you will oversee the development, management, and support of data visualization utilizing tools such as PowerBI, Graphana, and Tableau. Collaborating closely with a dedicated leadership team, you will play a crucial role in building a high-performing team that drives essential change and leadership initiatives throughout the organization. Your duties will also involve ensuring the reliability, resilience, security, and effectiveness of production solutions, with a strong emphasis on continuous monitoring and documentation. In order to establish operational excellence, you will define key metrics and KPIs to enhance governance, quality, and efficiency. By leveraging innovation and operational improvements, you will influence and enhance existing processes, positioning yourself as a thought leader in driving automation initiatives to enhance service health, manageability, and reliability. Your typical day will involve building strong relationships with various stakeholders, including business teams and management, to identify and resolve issues effectively. You will collaborate closely with Product Groups to deploy pre-released software, provide feedback, and drive enhancements into the products. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, stakeholder relationships, and reporting requirements. We are seeking a candidate with over 15 years of leadership experience in leading technical teams within a complex environment. You should have a strong background in Unified Print Management, Thin Clients management (Wyse and IGEL), Self-Healing technologies like Control UP and Aternity, and leveraging data analytics to enhance the end-user experience. Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop or similar virtual desktop environments is essential, as well as knowledge of Citrix Cloud/Citrix Workspace. Proficiency in Endpoint management tools such as Endpoints, Intune, SCCM, Group Policy, and Thin Clients (including WYSE and IGEL) is required. You should have experience in building Power BI data marts, monitoring Power BI workspaces for performance issues, and defining reporting visualization standards. Previous experience in leading large enterprise development projects, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in Agile methodologies are highly desirable. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is a prerequisite for this role. The ability to work in a shift model to support users across global geographies is also expected.,
