Job Summary As a Citrix Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Citrix infrastructure of the organization. You will provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution for complex Citrix-related issues. Additionally, you will collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the optimal performance, security, and scalability of the Citrix environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage and administer the Citrix CVAD infrastructure, including XenApp, Xen Desktop, and Citrix NetScaler or ADC environments. Perform advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution for Citrix-related incidents, problems, and outages. Implement and maintain Citrix policies, profiles, and configurations to ensure security and compliance requirements are met. Monitor Citrix performance and capacity, proactively identify potential issues, and implement optimizations to enhance system reliability and performance. Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Citrix solutions with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless operation and compatibility. Plan and execute Citrix upgrades, patches, and migrations in coordination with Change Management processes. Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and Knowledge Base articles for Citrix-related activities. Stay current with industrys best practices, emerging technologies, and Citrix updates to continuously improve the Citrix environment. Able to work within a schedule that overlaps 34 hours with the onshore (U.S.-based) team for coordination and handoffs. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in Citrix administration, with a focus on CVAD, XenApp, Xen Desktop, and NetScaler or ADC. Citrix Certified Associate (CCA-V) or higher certification is required.
