As a ServiceNow Senior specializing in HR Service Delivery (HRSD), you will assume the role of a Solution Architect. Your responsibilities will revolve around designing solutions, aligning client requirements, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Collaborating with clients, you will evaluate existing processes and tools, explore ServiceNow platform solutions, define solution requirements, identify integration needs, and devise architecture and implementation strategies. Your key deliverables will include leading requirements gathering, scoping, and design workshops with well-documented outcomes. Possessing HRSD module implementation expertise and experience in integration or HRSD architecture on multiple projects is essential. You will provide advanced support and technical guidance to the implementation team, maintaining a profound understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities and limitations. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to leverage ServiceNow effectively and contribute to hands-on configuration, development, and integration services. Furthermore, you will oversee all testing phases, develop testing-related deliverables, and facilitate test remediation cycles. Your role will extend to supporting practice development, creating business cases for stakeholders, delivering tailored presentations and product demonstrations, and engaging in Proof of Concept engagements. You will also respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents and collaborate with Sales and Professional Services for seamless deployment. To qualify for this role, you should have over 3-6 years of IT industry experience, with a strong background in ServiceNow integration and relevant accreditations. Developer experience is a prerequisite, and holding a CIS-HRSD Certification is mandatory. An engaging presentation style, adeptness in managing multiple scenarios, and the ability to thrive under pressure are vital. While not mandatory, being a Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, IRM, or similar) is advantageous.
