Position Salary: Achieving business results in the Defence Retail business through worksite sales process through effective distribution of Insurance products in the target affinity. Responsible for Agent/ Officer Param recruitment, Agent /Officer Param development and meeting the business targets month on month according to the plan. Agent/Officer Param Recruitment: Conduct and execute recruitment drives from various sources in the defence segment for agent/Officer Param hiring & build a team of agent/Officer Param. Key Responsibilities Implement comprehensive security and vigilance strategies , covering plant, offices, and logistics. Conduct surprise checks, audits, and investigations to detect irregularities, pilferage, or non-compliance. Ensure safety and statutory compliance , conduct mandatory training programs , and lead hazard identification exercises . Oversee CCTV surveillance, perimeter security, GPS tracking, and visitor management systems for enhanced monitoring. Maintains safety at mines by enforcing security policies, managing vehicles & admin, ensuring cost-effective services, coordinating VVIP visits, liaising with police & locals, overseeing CCTV/access systems, and supporting land & HR matters.

Roles and Responsibilities Ensure security measures are implemented effectively across all facilities under management. Conduct regular checks on CCTV cameras, fire extinguishers, and other safety equipment to ensure they are in working condition.
